my dog has been diagnosed with cushing disease. she is on trilostane but she is very lethargic. what can i do to give her a little more energy?

It's really great that you and Josie have reached a diagnosis. Depending on Josies condition, this could be a symptom of the Cushings, or a side effect of the medication. Continue to monitor her closely. If she's been on the Trilostane, you'll want to wait 4-6 months and see if she starts to get back to her old self. If you haven't noticed positive changes after six months of treatment, you'll want to visit your local Veterinarian to re-evaluate the your treatment options.
