My dog's tooth is bleeding and bothering him. Is it an emergency?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Male | 11 years and 9 months old
I just realized this in my dogs mouth and it’s his tooth and it’s bleeding but not really bad like just a little if not barely any but it seem to irritate him and idk how to treat it or how to help him.

It seems like that tooth has to be extracted as it is full of tartar and probably very much exposed and unstable. I would recommend to have Peanut checked as soon as possible and have most appropriate procedure performed. It may be possible to extract it directly if the tooth it is very wobbly (probably with just local anesthetic).
