Why is my dog tired, not eating, with fleas and a broken tooth?

Absolutely the pain could be causing him to lay around. They are very painful. I would wet the canned food down even more so he doesn't have to chew much. He is going to need some pain medicine from your veterinarian. They are going to need to pull that tooth to stop the pain. Poor Rex.

I would recommend taking her into the vet in the morning for an exam. If she develops other signs overnight, such as vomiting, I would take her into a vet immediately.

If he will let you without you getting bitten, check inside his mouth for wounds or anything being stuck in his teeth or on the roof of his mouth. If there is something there and you can get it loose without much trouble, try that. This could range from something like a parasite infection to an infection in her uterus. Since she can't talk and tell you whats happening, I recommend to play it safe and have her examined. Regarding the fleas, baths don't tend to work well to control fleas. I recommend to use a monthly flea product. Top products for dogs are oral products such as Simparica and Nexgard. You will need to switch all the pets over to a good flea product. Make sure to discuss these products with your veterinarian first. These products are generally safe for all pets but there are some conditions which are contraindicated for the oral products. Cleaning up and treating the house and yard will also help but it will not clear all the fleas. The main control is making sure the pets are on good products. This is what will ultimately stop the infestation. Also remember every female fleas lays about 50 eggs a day and it could take up to 6 months before the eggs hatch.
