Dog is tried, doesn't want his food, seems depressed. Has a broken tooth and fleas also more irritable than normal. Some constipation as well. What could be wrong.

There are a number of things that could be wrong with those symptoms. A broken tooth can be very painful and lead to infection, while a heavy flea infestation could cause anemia or other underlying illness. Since Ash has so much going on, it is best to seek veterinary care right away to get him started on treatment.
