A lump appeared on both sides near my dog's armpit, possibly showing a swelling in the lymph nodes, was given antibiotic, but remained swollen, and I also noticed something like a small wart on the outside of the genitalia. What can it be? Help me please!

Hi there and thank you for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach to address your concern. Based on your description, it appears that this could be a skin infection / irritation. Without pictures and without examining Zoey, it is difficult to say for sure. The large swellings under the armpits could be enlarged lymph nodes due to the bacterial skin infection. I would recommend having a veterinarian take a look at this so that the most appropriate diagnostic and treatment recommendations can be made. I hope this helps! Please let me know if you have any other questions or concerns and I would be more than happy to help you further.
