Why is my poodle's stomach gurgling and she keeps licking her lips?

I am sorry L is not feeling well. I would highly recommend taking her to a vet as soon as possible. In such a young dog it is important to have them looked at as soon as they start acting sick. IT is possible L has a parasites, gastric upset, or infection which is causing the vomiting and stomach noise. I would recommend a bland diet of boiled chicken and white rice in very small frequent portions. I would monitor her stool closely, you can look for parasites and diarrhea. She might have eaten something spoiled that is causing this. withhold food for 12 hours then offer her boiled boneless chicken and rice every 6 hours in small portions. if she is eating and not vomiting, continue with this diet for 2 days.
