Is my dog's spay incision dark or has something sticking out normal?

It takes several months for dissolvable sutures to fully break down. While this happens, it's not uncommon for a suture end to poke through the skin. Since Willow's incision has healed fully a month after surgery, it's perfectly fine to trim the end of suture that's sticking out. Obviously, take care not to accidentally cut Willow!

It looks like there could be some inflammation at the site of the incision. That could be due to her body breaking down the sutures, or she caused some sort of trauma to the area. If she is acting normal and you don't feel any swelling around that area I would wait and see if it improves. But if there is swelling, drainage, or pain I would worry about a dehiscence (opening of the incision) which would be an emergency and she should see a vet immediately.

This doesn't look perfect but definitely does not look too bad either, there is some bulging as you mentioned, probably because the stitches have been put on a little too tight, as long as the stitches hold though i would not be too worried, you need to make sure she does not lick the area (i assume she has an E-collar on) and make sure the incision does not open up, the swelling should start resolving within a couple days from now. as long as it does not look worse than this i would be ok keeping her at home, you can still take her for short walks without any issues and your vet needs to see her at some point but it is not urgent (usually post opps are done 3 days and 10 days after the surgery).

I received the picture that you forwarded to customer service. I presume the area that you are concerned about is the area outlined in red. When we close the skin with surgical glue, there can be a small amount of tissue that looks like it does in the picture. I don't see anything that is particularly concerning in that picture. Make sure to keep Mia rested and use an e-collar so she cannot lick at the incision. The area that you outlined should not look any larger and should not ooze any discharge. This looks like a typical post spay incision site. The skin can pucker a bit as the pet reacts to the sutures used, but this is normal. Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! I can’t be 100% sure without seeing Ripley but it looks like the suture knot from under her skin. This isn’t uncommon. It’s not emergent but I would take her to her vet when you can and they can snip the knot off. The incision underneath and in the skin has healed so it’s not a problem to cut off the knot. Congrats on your new dog, Venus is beautiful! Her incision looks like it is healing well, no need to bring her into the vet. Continue to monitor it, keep her as quiet as possible to prevent post-operative complications, and use an Ecollar if needed to keep her from licking at the incision. I hope this helps!
