  Hi there! It sounds like the incision might be infected. This is something that you should get checked out right away. Some antibiotics might be helpful. There's always a chance that the internal stitches are not holding properly as well; that's the sort of thing that needs to be checked out right away.

  You can clean it lightly with a wash cloth and warm water. Make sure Sam is not licking the incision excessively. An e-collar may be necessary. If the swelling is persisting she could have an infection along the suture line or she could be having a suture reaction. If this is the case she should be seen by a veterinarian for treatment.

  From the picture you provide, it does look like Mazy's incision is healing well. Remember it's important to keep her as quiet as possible while she heals, keep her from licking the stitches in the incision area, and monitor the incision daily for redness, swelling, warmth to the touch, pus, and bleeding.   Hello, thank you for your question about Indy.
  
  Based on the photo you have provided I do see some discharge from her incision. Depending on the type of discharge it could mean different things in terms of healing.
  
  A small amount of clear discharge does not usually mean the incision has a problem or is not healing well. However, if this is from Indy licking at her incision that could cause the incision to fall apart. If the discharge becomes colored or odorous, or her incision becomes swollen and warm to the touch, that could indicate infection.
  
  It is still early in the healing process and restricted exercise is important to ensure everything heals appropriately. If you are struggling you may reach out to your veterinarian who may be willing to prescribe sedatives for recovery.
  
  If you have any concerns about the incision you could also have Indy seen for a recheck appointment.
