In a young puppy like Mia, malignant tumors are extremely rare, and I don't think they would necessary be anything to worry about at this point it time. From your description, the lumps do sound very small, and you did the right thing by having them seen by a vet. It could be that these lumps are benign tumors or cysts, and I would keep an eye on them for now. It's good that there are measurements on them, and if they appear to get bigger, I would have Mia seen by the vet again to have a fine needle aspirate done on them. If they don't grow and/or don't cause her any problems, I would not be concerned about them. I hope this helps put your mind at ease :-)
