My dog is skinny, vomiting, and eating poop. What should I do?

Poor Prince sounds extremely ill if he just throws up food and is extremely skinny. In my opinion, this is a medical emergency and he should see a vet right away. He could have a foreign body preventing him from keeping down food, or a severe GI illness. He needs veterinary care now to diagnose what is causing this problem so he can be treated. Please take him into an ER vet clinic; if there isn't one in your area, there will be a vet on call for emergencies. Your dog needs to be seen by your vet as soon as possible. Any abrupt change in behavior or attitude is a sign he's not feeling well, and without an exam from a vet there's no real way to know what's going on and therefore, how to treat it. He could have eaten something he shouldn't have that's causing an obstruction or irritation, he could have been exposed to something toxic that you weren't aware of, there's a number of possibilities. Your vet will do an exam, lab work, possibly x-rays if indicated, and based on these results, your vet will be better able to understand what is going on with your dog and how best to treat him.

Maggie needs to be examined by the veterinarian. Weight loss generally indicates a disease process and that could be many things ranging from a heavy parasite burden to cancer. At nine years old Maggie is considered a senior citizen so disease processes become more likely. Take in a sample of the feces for testing and she will likely need some bloodwork as well. If Mojo is lethargic and not wanting to eat, I would recommend having a veterinarian examine him so that the most appropriate diagnostic and treatment recommendations can be made.
