My dog has seizures that stop when I talk to him. What is it?

Pet's info: Dog | Welsh Terrier | Male | unneutered | 12 lbs

My patterdale terrier has had some siezures over the past couple of months. But now he seems to start to have a siezure but come out of it if you speak to him

Dogs, like humans, can't come out of a seizure just by talking to them, so it may not be seizures that you are seeing. Syncopal episodes (or fainting spells) can look identical to some types of seizures. I would recommend having Jackson evaluated by a vet to determine which could be the case, and to discuss treatment options.
