Why does my dog have small, scabbed sores on her back after a bath?

The one on her stomach looks like a collarette. these can occur secondary to an infection from allergies or getting scratched or bitten by something that cause irritation. The ones on her back are small scabs/pustules. These do benefit from antibiotics along with a medicated shampoo. You can give a bath once a week to help keep the coat and skin rinsed and cleaned. You can apply neosporin to the large one until you can get to a vet

This sounds like a skin infection and may be secondary to allergies. I would try some beandryl twice a day and a medicated shampoo like miconahex-triz. Since some of them are bleeding, I would strongly recommend to have your vet look at them as well as he likely needs oral antibiotics to help him heal. See link below for benadryl dosing. Poor Kaisa! These look like serious bacteria or fungal infections. I would have your vet take a look at him. Your vet will be able to properly clean that area. Your vet may want to do a biopsy of the area to send in for a histopath and possible bacterial and fungal cultures. Your vet may also talk to you about trying medicine first but if it isn’t improving I would strongly encourage a biopsy to get a definitive diagnosis. I hope this helps!

She has a mild skin infection. I recommend bathing her weekly in a medicated shampoo. Brushing the fur to remove the debris will help stimulate the skin and you can apply a thin film of antibacterial ointment onto the small areas that are red once the scab is removed. Treatment recommendations would depend on the underlying problem, so I would recommend having Loca examined by a vet as soon as you are able to. He/she can do some simple skin tests to help diagnose the problem and get her started on appropriate medication to treat it.
