My dog has a ruptured diaphragm from an accident. Will she be okay?

Pet's info: Dog | Staffordshire Bull Terrier | Female | spayed

My dog was hit by a car 6 weeks ago which we did not know about she has been fone was checked out but the past 3 weeks got I'll bloods were taken all good them today she was really ill the vet do r x-ray she has ruptured diaphragm they operate tomorrow will she be OK

Poor Willow! A lot of dogs recover fully after having diaphragmatic hernia surgery but it really depends on her current condition and if she has any other injuries. Your vet should be able to give you a better idea of her prognosis. Surgery should be done as soon as possible. Hope she recovers quickly.
