My dog has red spots. Are they signs of infection or low platelets?

Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Male | 2 years and 11 months old

I am attaching a photos kindly see them... these are the signs of low platelets count ? Or it is some sort of skin infection

This looks more like a skin condition rather than a low platelets problem, it could be an allergy or a skin infection, if it doesn't resolve within 72 hours i would recommend taking him to the vet in order to get it checked and treated.
