My dog has red mouth blisters and is acting like she'll puke.

Thank you for submitting your question regarding Lulu. She appears to have an infection in the skin around her mouth. I recommend that she sees her veterinarian this week as she will likely require an antibiotic to clear her skin up. In the meantime, try to keep her muzzle clean and dry. This is common in puppies because they do not have a strong immune system. I recommend taking Luna to a vet for a closer look and antibiotics. Good luck and kisses to Luna!

Nausea and diarrhea can occur secondary to conditions such as inflammatory bowel disease, dietary indiscretion, parasites, among other possibilities. I recommend that you have Lily evaluated by your veterinarian for further assessment and treatment. At the very least they can start her on medications to make her feel better and check her hydration status. In the meantime, keep water available at all times to try to prevent dehydration. Poor pup! I'm sorry to hear that she's having this problem. There are a number of different things that could cause problems with closing the mouth and excessive drooling like this, so it's hard to say what might be wrong without being able to examine her. Some common possibilities would include an injury to the mouth or jaw, a tumor or infection in the mouth, or a neurologic problem such as a stroke. I would recommend taking your dog to the vet for an exam today, if possible, since some of these problems can be quite serious. Your vet can do a complete neurologic exam and may also sedate her so that a thorough oral exam can be performed as well. Once a diagnosis is made, he/she can talk to you about what treatment will be needed.

It sounds as Lulu is suffering from a gastrointestinal condition, possibly an infection. it could also be due to ingestion of a foreign body material. i would recommend taking her to the vet the first chance you get, she will need to be checked first, if the vet thinks it's a simple gastrointestinal infection she will need an anti vomiting injection, antibiotics and a special food for a few days in order to get better. if the vet thinks it is more serious she will need a blood test and possibly an ultrasound in order to find out what is wrong.

The eye must be checked immediately to make sure there is nothing wrong with it that requires immediate check up. A trauma, injury, acute inflammation/allergic reaction or infection could all be possible. Regarding the vomiting episode, I would recommend to withhold food for 12 hours and then start feeding her with a bland diet based in chicken and rice (boiled) in small portions every 6hours. Keep feeding her like that for 2days and then go back gradually to normal dietary regime.

I am sorry to hear about Lola. It sounds like she needs to get to the vet right away. With her symptoms we would worry about things like a bleeding stomach ulcer, trauma due to ingestion of a foreign object, bleeding due to a disease such as Addison's disease, or a blood clotting disorder which can be caused by ingestion of a poison. With all these symptoms you describe I would recommend taking Lola to the vet right away, to an emergency vet if there is one in your area this evening. The vet can examine Lola and will likely recommend bloodwork and x-ray or endoscopy to try to pinpoint the cause of her symptoms and determine the best course of treatment.
