My dog keeps getting infections. Could it be fungal or allergies?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Female | spayed | 13 years and 8 months old | 12 lbs

I believe my dog has a secondary infection Fungus She survived chocolate consumption However she goes through boughts of infections

Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! This for sure looks like a very severe infection and warrants a veterinary evaluation as soon as possible. A veterinarian would be able to check what type of infection this is and treat it. She may have underlying allergies causing this. Good luck and have a great day!
