Why is my dog peeing bright red blood and clots? What should I do?

My dog jack is 4 years old he starts pee lot of bright red pure blood and clots come from his penis I didn't understand what happens there is no good vet in in my city please tell me medication and what happens please I am scared only you can help

Hi, and thanks for your question.
This sign might be most likely compatible with a urinary tract infection/inflammation. Stress related (idiopathic type of inflammation) infections and presence of crystals are the most common causes of it. A clinical examination at your local veterinarian is essential to confirm these clinical suspicions and treat appropriately. Antibiotics may be needed.
