Why does my chihuahua have a painless bruise-like spot under skin?

This looks like a bruise, or possible bug bite. I recommend you photograph it every 3-4days for 7-10days to monitor if it is reducing or not. A full check up would be required if it is extending, changing colour or becomes painful or if it does not resolve within 3-4weeks.

Please, monitor Chloe for a few days at home. Typically, a large bruise like this should decrease slowly in size and disappear in the next 5-7 days. If Chichi is acting lethargic, having trouble breathing, is painful, is not eating or having vomiting, then an exam at the vet would be recommended.
