My dog won't eat or poop, and has strange stomach sounds. What should I do?

The signs you are describing can be due to dietary indiscretion (a treat, human food, or something Watson shouldn’t be getting into outside), inflammatory bowel disease, or a food sensitivity. I recommend having Watson seen by his vet to make sure his diet is appropriate, and rule out intestinal parasites, infections, and food sensitivities. Mane is experiencing very general symptoms of disease, these symptoms could fit almost any internal condition, maybe she is suffering from nausea due to a gastrointestinal disease and maybe he is in pain, from the symptoms described it's very hard to know. i would recommend taking her to the vet as soon as possible in order to get her checked, if she doesn't show any other obvious symptoms during the examination, a blood test and possibly an ultrasound will be needed in order to try and find out what is wrong with Mane.

It sounds as Hercules is suffering from a gastrointestinal condition, possibly an infection. it could also be due to ingestion of a foreign body material. i would recommend taking him to the vet the first chance you get, he will need to be checked first, if the vet thinks it's a simple gastrointestinal infection he will need an anti nausea injection, antibiotics and a special food for a few days in order to get better.

He is showing sings of having a painful abdomen, but nothing more specific than that. This could be due to inflamed/painful bowels, a blockage in the stomach or intestine, an inflamed/painful organ (i.e. liver or kidney), or pancreatitis. The fact that he is not vomiting or lethargic indicates that this is not too severe, but things can change quickly in certain circumstances, so my best advice would be to have a vet evaluate him as soon as possible to help narrow-down the possibilities and keep things from getting worse. I understand that you are in a difficult circumstance though, so it's likely not possible to take him to a vet tonight. In that case, it's best to keep him comfortable tonight and take him to a vet in the morning. I recommend calling the local veterinary treatment facility at the base you are stationed at. The staff there can usually suggest good options for transport and you may be able to make an appointment with a vet. I am very concerned about Pilly, it sounds like he has a very upset stomach! My top concern would be a blockage in his intestines caused by something that he ate, like a toy, bone, sock, trash, etc. This would also prevent food from moving through his system and turning into feces. Other possibilities include bacterial or viral infection, intestinal parasites, or other internal issue. I recommend that Pilly see a vet as soon as possible. Your vet will probably recommend x-rays and maybe even blood work depending on what they discover during the physical exam.

Your dog needs to be seen by your vet as soon as possible. Any abrupt change in behavior or attitude is a sign he's not feeling well, and without an exam from a vet there's no real way to know what's going on and therefore, how to treat it.
