My dog has two problems, his nose inflammation started Monday, he’s on allergy pills at the moment and he’s had this bump on his nose for a week now. What could they be?

I think these two problems are not related. The nose is inflamed indeed. It could be from an allergy, so it is good that he is having treatment for that. The lump on the nose looks like a hair follicle infection or a small growth. If it is local infection, it should disappear in the next 5-7 days without treatment. If not, you should take Tyson back to your vet so they can check him over.
