Pet's info: Dog | Papillon | Female | spayed | 14 years and 3 months old | 8.6 lbs
I have a 14 year old Papillon that has had a mild stroke or brain tumor & a stone in her bladder with stones in her kidneys. Has head tilt, balance issue right side, left paw walks like she has a sock on it. She is on Denamarin for high liver counts, weening off Predizone, antibiotic for UTI & Cerenia we have also started her on Royal Canin S/O dog food. I would like to if Meclizine could be used instead of Cerenia?

Unfortunately, without doing a physical exam on Chloe, we cannot give dosages for medications (even those available OTC). I will say that meclizine is commonly used in dogs for nausea. I would recommend calling your vet for a safe dose!
