My dog has a mass, vets disagree. Should I consider euthanasia?

Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Male | unneutered | 9 years old | 108 lbs

Getting diff answers. Notes from exam. Large mass encompassing colon, air distended, fistulas,could be rupturing bladder or prostate, blood pass from penis,rear right leg edema, testicles swollen, circulation compromised, diagnosed neoplasia colon,rectum possibly prostate. Recommend euthenasia.. A Dr here just told me he didn't see anything other than gas/ feces. Blood work and x rays attached
