There is no home remedy for mange, which is a mite infestation, only medications can kill these mites, and it usually takes a few months for the meds to work as well. but before you conclude that your dog has Mange, you should take her to the vet and have a skin test done to confirm or rule it out.

The only OTC medication for mange is Revolution Flea preventive. This also works for mange mites. However there are many conditions that look like mange and I recommend you take your dog to a vet for an exam to ensure that this is a mite infection, especially since sarcoptes mites are a zoonosis and can infect you and your family as well.

Sarcoptic mange can only be diagnosed with a hands-on exam, and possibly a skin scrape (which does not always yield a mite). Treatment is usually injections with avermectins or a new flea and tick medication that also happens to kill mange mites and is called Bravecto, in form of a chew. Ask your vet about this medication.
