Pet's info: Dog | Pomeranian | Male | unneutered | 2 months and 27 days old | 1lb
My Pomeranian puppy is now 12 weeks old. He was born a week premature. He weighs 1 pound 7 oz. The vet believes due to his small size he may have a liver shunt so he's been monitoring him Although, he hasn't shown any signs of having it besides him being tiny . They want to hold him longer to make sure he doesn't have one. What tests should I make sure to ask the vet about to make sure he doesn't have one . Would also love to know how long it would take to find out results if he has one or not.
