My 16 lb terrier mix had lateral suture stabilization for a ccl tear 12 months ago. He was back to normal until two weeks ago when he became suddenly lame again and has the same symptoms as before the surgery. He is on Rimadyl and has improved a little but still favors that leg as if the LSS failed somehow. Went back to the vet and had exam, x-rays and blood work. Diagnosis is arthritis and a little hip dysplasia. LSS repair is still ok. Does the diagnosis seem accurate?
