My dog is hunched, has a tight tummy, won't eat or move. Is he okay?

Loss of appetite can be observed with many conditions such as gastroenteritis, dietary indiscretion, kidney disease, pancreatitis, among many other possibilities. I recommend that you have Panda evaluated by your veterinarian for further assessment and treatment. They would be able to check for these possibilities and others depending on the findings on exam. I'm sorry to hear that Panda isn't feeling well. It is difficult to determine if his diarrhea is related to Rimadyl, ingestion of the rubber toy or stick, parasites, a virus, or other issue. Given all of these possibilities and the fact that his abdomen is tight and he has been straining for a bowel movement, I do recommend taking Panda to to his vet for evaluation. The vet will be able to perform an exam to palpate his abdomen and may recommend abdominal x-rays. Try to withhold food for the next 12-24 hours. If his vet appointment is more than 24 hours away, you can also begin to feed him a bland diet of boiled white meat chicken and white rice for a few days before gradually transitioning him back to his normal diet over another 5-7 days. Poor guy. Stomach upset is a possible cause; however, with such vague symptoms of being uncomfortable and decreased appetite, there are other potential internal issues. I notice that he is intact also, so a prostate issue could also cause a sudden pain response and decreased appetite as well. If he does not seem to be improving on his own within the next 1-2 days, then it is best to get him fully examined by your veterinarian for any other sources of his pain (prostate, joints, etc). It may be a simple stomach upset, or more serious condition called pancreatitis. A painful back can also reflect as a painful abdomen as a dog draws up the abdomen trying to protect the back. If there is any retching, vomiting or diarrhea tonight, he should be seen on emergency. I wouldn't worry about bloat if he's eating and drinking OK. Lethargy and a firm abdomen can indicate that something is causing pain in the abdomen, but is not specific to any one problem. It could be an intestinal disease, liver information, kidney inflammation, or other condition affecting abdominal organs. In order to narrow-down the cause of this, Confucius needs to be evaluated by a veterinarian. It's not an emergency, but good to have him seen in the next day or two. A dog with abdominal pain may walk with the back hunched or may posture in a "play bow" (front legs on floor, back end in the air). Lethargy, decreased appetite and rapid breathing may also indicate some degree of pain, abdominal or other.

This is a quite generic but concerning sign. Differentials are many, from gastrointestinal diseases (infection/inflammations often dietary related) to any disease that can spread systemically (causing lethargy for example) like infection, and anything that can cause pain/discomfort. Praying stance (like the one in the picture) is sometimes related with cranial abdominal discomfort/pain and presence of foreign body in the stomach/first part of the intestine or pancreas inflammation. The approach must be logic, starting from offering different kind of food. A check up is needed if inappetence last for more than 24hours.
