Vicky definitely has elevated enzyme levels. The next step would be to get a urine sample to determine how concentrated the urine is as this can give an indication of the kidney function. If the veterinarian is suspicious of an infection and antibiotics are also appropriate.
Lastly, pets with kidney disease benefit from specific prescription dog food diets to contain low protein, low phosphorus and high antioxidants and fatty acid supplements. Royal Canin and Science Diet are both high quality brands that carry such diets. The diet should be lifelong and all treats should be low protein from here on out.
I recommend to ask your veterinarian as many questions as needed so that you understand and are up-to-date on the treatment plan. I hope this helps and please feel free to post any additional questions.
