Pet's info: Dog | Pug | Male | neutered | 10 years and 2 months old | 21.8 lbs
Hello. My 10-ur-old otherwise healthy pug was recently diagnosed with high ionized calcium (1.8) but low PTH (O.0). He so far has had an almost full-body ultrasound, a chest x-ray, and an aspiration of what was thought to be a small lump on one of his anal glands but turned out to havevobky a few nasal cells. Ultrasound may have shown a .26 cm nodule on one of the parathyroid glands but inconclusive. Symptoms are excessive drinking and urination, tiredness. Any thoughts on what to check next?
