My dog has a dry cough and dry heaves at night. What can I do?

Poor coco. A cough in a younger dog could be from heartworm disease, parasites, bronchitis, asthma, allergies, bacterial, viral and trachea related. I would recommend taking coco to a veterinarian since the cough has been presistent. Your veterinarian might want to do a heartworm test , x-rays or medications to help.
