HI, thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! Oh goodness! Poor Tyson!
Tyson should be rechecked right away. I am worried about Demodex mites (non-contagious), Scabies (contagious), ring worm (fungal infection), a severe bacterial and/or yeast dermatitis or juvenile cellulitis/puppy strangles (immune). He needs a skin scrape and skin cytology. It would be helpful to know what medications your Vet prescribed to know what they thought was going on.
The growths in his mouth loos like canine viral papillomas, which are benign and contagious from other dogs. He likely got the virus because he is immunosupressed due to his skin disease.
He should see your Vet when they open.
I wish you the best!
