Susie has been limping slightly, showing signs of discomfort with her right front paw. No signs of injury are visible to her leg or paw pad. She has been lethargic and recently has been having a runny wet nose. She has also been panting lightly and intermittently. During a walk this morning she had to take several breaks and rest. She has Cushings disease for which she has been on Vetoryl for over a year and levels seem to be under control at last check up.

She may have a subtle sprain or strain injury, the discomfort could be maling her pant. I would let her rest 24 hours and if she has got no better go to the vet just in case something else is going on.
