What breed is my puppy? Does he look like an Appenzeller mix?

I see Rat terrier in his face in the middle picture. We may never know. Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! He is adorable! He is a mixed breed dog but a predominant breed is hard to guess as he looks very well mixed. I would say that he has some characteristics of a Newfoundland and a Bernese mountain dog. I would say that he is likely to be a medium-sized breed dog to perhaps a bit larger. Good luck!

Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! They are mixed breed dogs with German shorthaired pointer, Beagle and possibly some Pitbull in my opinion. You could consider having them DNA tested to know more precisely. Best of luck!

I would think he could have white German Shepherd or Spitz if his tail curls. Sadly we may never know and everyone likely has a different opinion! I hope this helps!

As they get older, they usually do turn more brown. So I would assume his eye color may not stay that light. I think that your dog is likely a husky mix.
