My dog has a blood-filled lump on his thigh. What could it be?

This looks like it could be a hemangioma, which is a benign 'blood blister' type skin lesion, or it might be an insect bite or site of previous trauma. It would be a good idea to have your vet take a look in person if it has not resolved in the next week or so or if it seems to be bothering Bear.
