My 9 year old lab has a cyst like blood ball on her ear. It started small and has grown over the years. Keeps bleeding when she plays with our other dog and is growing hair. Does this need cut off?

HI, thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach!
The ear is a very vascular part of the body! Masses or any surgery of the ear is frustrating due to how bloody they can be. I think to prevent continued bleeding and possible secondary infections I would recommend removing it. Just be prepared that the incision afterwards can sometimes be challenging because it to will bleed if Stella shakes her head or paws at it!
Good luck!
