Yes, I would be concerned that there may be internal injuries, especially as she is bleeding when she sneezes and she is also likely to be in significant pain and discomfort. Dog bites are at significant risk for infection also so I strongly recommend a full check up by your vet

Poor guy. Typically internal bleeding in the abdomen will cause bruising along the belly, in many cases. Also pale gums can indicate internal bleeding, along with severe lethargy and a lack of appetite. So unless you are seeing these things he likely doesn’t have any internal bleeding going on. However, dog bites tend to get infected, so it’s best to have him seen soon for antibiotics and wound management. You can also clean his wounds with Betadine diluted 50:50 with warm water to help deter infection. Keep an eye on him tonight and tomorrow and get him seen first thing Monday if that is your only option for vet care. I would strongly recommend taking her to your vet as she will need to have an antibiotic injection to prevent an infection from surely happening. the are should be clipped and clean as much as possible but a course of antibiotics is crucial.

First make sure your cat is not acting abnormal or is breathing hard. If she seems to be her normal self, but a bit agitated, then she is OK to do some first aid. If not, then she should go to the vet as soon as possible. The best thing to do is flush the wounds with clean water for five minutes. You want to apply good force to the water, so it gets to the bottom of the holes. If the holes are over the rib cage, then do not do this. For now, do not apply any antiseptics or soaps, because this can actually do more damage than good. After doing this, you should schedule an appointment with your veterinarian. The wounds should be explored to ensure the wounds did not go too deep and to ensure a bad infection does not develop. I would probably just keep an eye on it for now. Tongues bleed really badly but heal very fast. Check it a few times a day to make sure it is not swelling or having discharge that would require antibiotics or pain medicine. Also, in case you didn't know hydrogen peroxide will cause them to vomit if swallowed so be aware of that.
