I don’t know what breed my dog is. Could you help me out? Also he has two tumors we have gotten them removed and tested before they weren’t cancerous just tissue but he made things worse by gnawing on it. They don’t hurt him either but they just keep coming back is this a medical condition? He also has bad allergies and possible a sinus infection we already give him allergy pills any advice?

Hi there and thank you for using pet coach to address your concern. Unfortunately it is difficult to say what type of tumors these are with your description and pictures. However, that being said I can see many older pets it will develop a fatty tumors that are benign and will not cause any harm. Unfortunately some dogs are prone to developing multiple fatty tumors over their entire life. As far as the allergies are concerned, I would suggest starting a shampoo such as Douxo PS calm shampoo and bathe twice weekly. Can also recommend starting welactin Omega-3 fish oil and essential 6 Spot On by dermoscent. If these remedies do not help, I would discuss other options with your veterinarian. With options such as apoquel and cytopoint, we are seeing a better response to Allergy treatment these days. I hope this helps guide you in the right direction. Please feel free to contact me if you have any other questions or concerns. I am also available via consultation if needed.
