Can an adult dog have 25 mg of benadryl with 2 tsp of robotussin?

No, I would not give this medication to your dog unless specifically prescribed by your vet. You could accidentally do harm to your dog by giving to him. In addition, it is illegal for the experts to say if a medication is safe to use on your dog. That's because doing so requires a veterinary client patient relationship which cannot be achieved via an internet forum. I would speak to your vet about giving your dog these medications.

These drugs may act somewhat synergistically and cause some sedation when given together. I do not believe they are contraindicated with one another, but I would use them very cautiously and in low doses. Robitussin is not generally something I tell people to use for their dogs at home.
