My dog's back sores are bleeding from licking. How do I stop it?

My eleven years female boxer got round sores on her back tweets we couldn't afford a cancer test our vet gave her some antibiotics and pain pills said to enjoy what time we have left last night she bleed quite a big spot is it due to licking we try not to let her and use newsprint ideas?

Yes, the bleeding from the sore is likely due to her licking at it. You can get an Ecollar from the pet store or you can make one at home to keep her from licking at it. You can also cut a shirt to fit her that may cover the sores and prevent her from licking at them.
