If it was a large piece swollowed as whole, there is the risk of obstruction and you need to monitor him closely for any vomiting or diarrhoea or straining to go to the toilet or abdominal pain. I'm really surprised a two week old dog ingested a wrapper - usually they are still only eating milk until 3-4 weeks of age. However, if she chewed the plastic into small pieces, most likely she will pass it with her stools and she will not show any worrying symptoms at all.

I remember your question from yesterday. It can take up to 72 hours for this plastic piece to pass, so I wouldn't be too worried just yet. As long as he is acting normal, there isn't a cause for concern. Keep checking his feces over the next couple of days, and if you don't see it, then take him into the vet.
