I am sorry to hear that Teddy isn't feeling well. The shaking has me concerned about pain, especially back pain, (they do not always cry when painful), fever, or extreme weakness. Since this has already gone on for more than 24 hours without any improvment, then I would highly encourage you to have him evaluated by a veterinarian as soon as possible. After a thorough examination they will likely have an idea as to what could be causing his symptoms and will have a recommendation for you. I am so very sorry to hear about your dog. Based on your photos she looks severely emaciated and dehydrated, and possibly anemic (I can see her third eyelid in one photo and it looks quite pale). The possible causes are many and could include severe parasitism, infectious disease, autoimmune disease, organ failure, cancer, toxin exposure. Your dog needs veterinary attention right away if she is to survive, or to help her pass peacefully if you are unable to provide care for her. It sounds like she is suffering and she needs to be examined by a vet and have some testing done (such as stool testing and bloodwork to start) to try to determine why she is so ill. If you know for sure that she got into a plant, you can contact the ASPCA poison control (https://www.aspca.org/pet-care/animal-poison-control) which will help your veterinarian treat her. If you're not sure that she got into a plant, I would take her to your nearest emergency vet today. Puppies can get very sick from a number of different diseases and will get sicker faster than adult dogs. Puppies can quickly have problems getting dehydrated, having low blood sugar and having problems regulating their temperature when they get sick.
