My dog's ACL pain is worse. Can I add another NSAID to his meds?

Pet's info: Dog | Bearded Collie | Male | neutered | 6 years and 2 months old | 67 lbs
My dog is taking 300mg Gabapentin BID along with Galliprant 60mg. In am. He seems to be having increased difficulty with mobility. Can I add 1/2 a 7.5 mg. tablet? He has a torn ACL in his rear hind leg. Because he gas been favoring that leg gets gas put more weight on his front legs causing tendinitis in his front right shoulder and elbow. Surgery scheduled fir the ACL repair on 2/5/19. In addition to his RX's I am giving him Glycoflex, Omega 3 and probiotics.

For additional pain relief, you could ask your vet if he/she has or can refer you to someone who has a therapeutic laser or the ability to do acupuncture.
