Unfortunately, without an exam it would be impossible to determine what medication is best, and medication can't be prescribed without an exam anyway. A skin scraping of the affected skin areas to see if it is mange, bacterial, etc, can help determine what treatment to give. Bloodwork to rule out other health issues that also need to be treated is also best.

Anytime a young dog has skin issues I would make sure to apply flea prevention every 30d ays. Also I would have your vet do a skin scrape to look for skin mites. I am not sure about India but in the united states demodex and scabies are quite common. IF she does have a skin mite the above treatment will not help the skin improve. I would recommend taking her back tot he vet for a re check. hope this helps!

That is either a bacterial or fungal infection on Daisy's skin. SHe needs to see a vet to have this resolved.
