My dog has become fierce for several years and won't take a bath. now he has diarrhea making the hair on the buttocks and tail full of dirt. he always whimpered, what drugs are suitable for his diarrhea and how to deal with ferociousness I want to clean it. is there a sleeping pill or an anesthetic for him so I can clean it.

There are no sleeping pills you can give. The best option is to put a muzzle on him. If you cannot buy one you can make one with an empty coke bottle and some rope/gauze/string. See this video.

You will not hurt him. He will struggle and try to bite with the muzzle on but at least you will not get bitten. After the muzzle is on you can put a towel over his head to calm him. You should have two people - one to hold him and one to do the cleaning. If you have clippers you should shave the hair from around the anus and down both legs. That will keep it cleaner.
If he is so bad that you cannot do it yourself you will have to take him to a vet or a groomer to see if they can do it for you.
