i play with a stray cat outside, it really trusts me, but i cant take it to a vet. i named it oreo. the inside of the ear of the cat has something kind of wraped inside of it, it seems really sensitive, and the outside of it is really dirty. i have baught medicen for it but it wont let me give it to her. what do i do?

It looks like Oreo has had a fight that resulted in an infected wound. You can clean it with salty water, using some cotton wool and wiping the area gently or you could take her to see a vet. The veterinarian will clean the area and likely give antibiotics and pain relief, helping Oreo to get a speedy recovery. If you just clean it yourself at home, it will unlikely heal on his own and will result in a trip to the vet down the line with delayed healing and more suffering for Oreo and increased cost to yourself.
