This can be done with pieces of tin foil or a carpet runner (flip it so the grip points are facing up). The idea is that they don't like the texture. Do this until she learns countertops are not a fun place to hang out. Provide toys, a cat tower, a scratching post and other things that will be more fun. Many cats do get burnt on hot stoves, you may want to keep something like a tea kettle over any used burners (once they are turned off), to block Bonnie from stepping on them. Unfortunately it sounds like you've adopted a cat that was still a bit feral, and it may take a bit of training to resolve this. Get her to sit with you, give her petting and attention and some very high-value food rewards (bits of canned tuna, a tiny lick of anchovy paste) or maybe some brushing or playtime as long as she allows the petting without biting. As soon as she starts biting, withdraw the attention, and leave her where she is. Keep doing this, and eventually she'll get the message that good behavior is rewarded.

Uh-oh, naughty Cassie! This is tricky. In general, when we're trying to shape our pets' behavior, of course we want to reward behaviors we like and either ignore, punish, or redirect behaviors we don't like. We want our pets to learn that "good" behavior gets rewarded, and "bad" behavior does not. The tricky part here is that Cassie has started misbehaving - but every time she succeeds in stealing food, or playing with something she shouldn't, if it's a good experience for her, she is essentially "rewarding" herself. We need to stop her ability to reward herself - and I'll be honest with you, it's challenging! My advise is that Cassie not be unsupervised around *anything* that she might get into, until these behaviors stop. This is easier said than done! But, again, every time she does these behaviors and has a great time doing them, she is solidifying the behavior. We cannot punish animals after the fact - we have to respond to them in that moment or they do not make the association. So, she cannot be allowed to get into real food without someone there to intervene. Again, I realize this is not easy advice - but unfortunately behavior issues generally require time, energy, diligence, and patience to correct. So, if you have a room in the house where there is nothing Cassie can get into, I would place her there when you are not home or are unable to watch her. Your vet may want to run some tests (such as bloodwork) to help rule out any causes for the increased appetite. Cats need at least one litterbox per cat plus one extra to help reduce stress associated with the litterbox. They should be placed in separate rooms, away from the food and water bowls, must be scooped at least daily (preferably multiple times a day)and washed out at least weekly with a mild soap, followed by thorough rinsing. Cats need a lot of space to explore, but keeping them indoors is much safer than letting them outside, due to the risk of injury from cars, wildlife, other animals, etc. The key is providing space (particularly vertical space for climbing, such as cat trees, ledges, and the like) inside the home. Have you tried crating her? Or confining her to another part of the house like a basement. I wouldn't do this all the time but when you are cooking or if the baby is around and you don't want Isabella all over her having a place where she can be safe and confined might be a good idea. It will not eliminate the jumping on counters but when you are doing something that you don't want her on the counter it is a way to keep her out of the kitchen. There is nothing you did to condone this behavior. Sometimes cats just do this so don't think that it is your fault, because it's not. Training kittens is not like training dogs. Their brains are different. Water in a squirt bottle typically works very well to correct them when they do something you don’t want them to do like get on the counters. You can’t really train them to not get into your food if you leave it out. They are opportunistic. While you are with the food, you can use the squirt bottle to teach them to respect the boundaries while you are with the food. Most cats will learn quickly but most will take adavantage of a situation. You can also avoid these situations by putting the cat away at meal time. It is normal that she is rubbing her body on your legs, she is showing you affection. If she is stray cat, she likely didn't learn appropriate socialization, and she would think she is showing you love by trying to pounce on you but not realizing she is doing it wrong. Cats can bite too as signs of affection, but again she won't realize if what she is doing is too hard or not because she hasn't been socialized. I would starting showing her what is appropriate behavior. Praise her, pet her, and give her treats when she rubs against you, but if she pounces, either ignore her or move away. Refuse to give her attention until she gives affection in a safe way, then reward her for the appropriate behavior. She will learn from you what is a good way to give love, and what behaviors are not acceptable. Do the same when she bites you. I would also take her to the vet if you haven't already to have her eye checked out.
