How to stop my bigger cat from bullying my scared, declawed cat?

Both of them are really cute! I would get the male neutered once his turns 5 months to prevent this behavior from getting worse. The female could go into heat at anytime so I would advise to get her spayed as well. This behavior may never go completely away as it is their personalities. You may try to put some feliway diffusers throughout the house to help calm them. Feliway is a cat pheromone that doesn't work on all but can help with this behavior. They even have a multicat household version now. I would always meal feed and feed them separately as food aggression is really hard to control. I would also make sure you have at least 2, preferably 3, litterboxes to decrease competition. If the feliway and neutering doesn't help, I would talk to your vet about giving the more dominant one something to help mellow him out like an antianxiety medicine. Hopefully this is just a behavior he has since he is young and boisterous and he will grow out of it. I hope this helps!

If he is attacking you and not trying to play then he should be confined, you should always keep him up to date on Rabies, and you should discuss behavior modification drugs with your Vet, like prozac. I would get it in a liquid form you can put in his food. I would purchase feliway diffusers for around the house, one should go in his room. You can play with him but as soon as he gets over stimulated you need to stop and walk away. If he starts to get aggressive and is coming towards you squirt him with a water bottle. It is inappropriate behavior for a cat to attack you and injury you that badly. You need to strongly consider if this is the kind of relationship you want from a pet. Poor cats! It's possible there is stress being caused over dispute of territory, especially if you have quite a few cats in a small home or apartment. A good first step is making sure each cat has their own access to food, water, litter, and perches they can get away from each other so that the cats can establish their areas without having to compete for resources. A good second step is to add in a pheromone collar or diffuser, which can help reduce inter-cat aggression and make things less stressful. In some cases, a younger cat may bully an older cat if there is an underlying health problem going on. A vet visit to rule out any pain or illness that could be making Mr. Winkle the target of this attention may help reduce the problem as well. The older cat probably has the smaller, younger one intimidated. I suggest providing more litter boxes, maybe one the smaller cat has exclusive access to. To avoid behavior problems due to territorialism, the rule of thumb is one litter box per cat, plus one, that way no cat can 'guard' all the boxes and limit access to the others. Make sure the timid cat has plenty of places to hide, perch, separate food and water sources if needed, anything to help her relax and be able to be less intimidated by the other. Also, make sure the older cats get plenty of attention, playtime, treats, to help them stay calmer and less likely to lash out. Calming diets are also available, if you have not tried them yet. Royal Canin and Science Diet both have well-received diets of this kind. Cats are notoriously apathetic to our wishes, aren't they? :) Young cats often have a ton of energy that can sometimes be displaced as aggression. Make sure there are lots of places/things for the cats to explore. Elevated areas like cat trees or cat shelves on the wall are great; window perches, scratching posts, toys, etc. Its also important to make sure that the cats aren't "competing" for resources-- make sure there are multiple food and water bowls and at least 3 litter boxes (if you have 2 cats.... the recommended number of litter boxes is the number of cats +1).
