Hello. This really depends on if this is bacterial, fungal or viral. Is she on any antibiotics? Is she FeLV & FIV negative. A simple bacterial respiratory infection can take 7-10 days to clear, a viral infection 10-21 days & a fungal cause can be fatal, so much depends on cause & what treatments she is on.
