My recently adopted male rabbit bonded with my bereaved female - since adopting him before Christmas has developed Snuffles unexpectedly - brought him indoors as Vet suggested & is on Baytril, Ranitidene & Metacam. If which I have been feeding him 3 times a day via syringe of DualCare & giving him 10ml of baytril once a day & the other 2 twice a day - plus diluted tummy care by Beaphar that my Vet also said is ok to give him( 125ml throughout each day). Only started treatment Friday.

He is not likely to be on antibiotics forever but he might suffer from mild symptom of snuffles long term, eventually it might cause a few crisis through his life which will require a course of antibiotics each time. there is also a possibility that he will never have it again after the treatment is done.
