My older cat has been sneezing for weeks. When should I see a vet?

Updated on September 23rd, 2025

Pet's info: Cat | Siamese | Female | spayed | 14 years and 3 months old | 10 lbs

14 year old Siamese cat has been sneezing for about 4 weeks now. No other symptoms. She eats well and goes potty in the litter box. She has some big sneezes that sprays me. Should I wait it out or take her in to the vet?

Yes, I would take Kassy into a vet. She has been sneezing for four weeks at this point, and that's a long time even though she is eating well and using the litter box. I would take her into the vet tomorrow :-)
