My kitten is only abt 2-3 months old and has a couple like bald flaky spots one on her ear and a couple around the eyes could this be mange? My dog also loves to nibble could it be that also?

It is possible that Oreo's skin lesion could be due to mange, trauma from her dog friend, or due to ringworm. Both ringworm and one type of mange (Sarcoptic mange) can be transmitted to humans and other pets, so I do recommend taking Oreo to her vet for further testing to determine if infectious issues are present. From there, her vet will be able to prescribe any necessary medications. I hope that all goes well!
