You should be able to borrow a Have a Heart trap or other safe trap to catch her. Then you can take her in the trap to get treated. Put food inside the trap and leave it near to where she is. When it’s dark and she’s hungry she should go inside and won’t be able to escape. This Is safe for both you and her. Once she’s treated they may spay her and release her back to your area. OMG, this kitty is very ill, it is not possible to say what she is suffering from without a hands-on exam. I suggest you offer her food and water, put her in a box with a towel and take her to a veterinarian ASAP. You can also call your local Animal Control or a shelter and they may pick up the cat from you. It looks like this little girl has a bite wound. I would recommend trapping the cat and bringing it to a shelter if one is available. I would be cautious about touching her just in case the animal that bit her had rabies. She need veterinary care, this is not something you can take care of at home. You can strongly recommend to the owner that he/she bring the cat to their veterinarian for an exam. That paw looks painful and possibly infected. The cat will need an exam, x-rays (to diagnose fractures), bloodwork, antibiotics and pain management. An e-collar (cone) will prevent licking and chewing. You can't legally do anything since you are not the rightful owner. If you do, you risk litigation if the cat takes a turn for the worse. If there is no owner, contact your local animal control officer or humane society.

Oh no, this poor kitty! She really does need to see a vet first thing in the morning. Keep her indoors and warm, offering her food and water. Have your parents take her into a vet immediately in the morning.

If none of your nearby neighbors claim him as theirs, I would recommend setting some food out in a live trap. Once trapped your veterinarian can check the sex, determine if it is spayed or neutered, and proceed with the surgery if not. Vaccine status is unknown so likely you will have to start over to ensure protection.

If it is possible I would take this cat to the SPCA or a veterinarian. This wound needs to be cleaned up and the cat needs antibiotics. If you take her to a veterinarian you would have to be able to medicate her without her running away from you and to do it safely. If you would like to continue to take care of her I would also recommend a Rabies vaccination for her to have her protected especially since you will be handling her.
